2012 is here and it’s been better. Reason for the lack of weight loss from October to December was because of an injury to my foot, so I couldn’t run at all. Started going to the gym at the end of December to try to move things on. Been going almost daily to some cycling and weights ‘til the last 2 weeks because I’ve been down with the flu, and the stagnation brought forward to this week. But I can run now so really looking forward to how much weight I’ll be able to lose this year.

The target is 15kg, and the secondary target is to surpass that.

Bought this on my first day at unit (31st March)
It was kinda loose, but still fit.

Hey box

Finally caught up with my favourite shows on TV!

7 episodes of Modern Family + 6 episodes of Community

currently gonna delve into some Poehler goodness, followed by some already ripe crime psychology, then on to doldrums of day-to-day administrative processes! It could be followed by hilarity-ensuing crime fighting or the dark mind of a redheaded comedic savant.

Anatomy Of A Drug Mule of the Day: X-ray images released by Brazilian police claim to show 72 bags of cocaine found inside the gastrointestinal tract of a 20-year-old man they say was trying to smuggle them out of the country.
The Irishman was arrested Monday at São Paulo’s Congonhas Airport attempting to board a plane to Lisbon en route to Brussels. He was taken to the hospital, where two pounds of cocaine — a street value of approximately $200k — were extracted from his body.
Police have charged the man they’ve identified as P.B.B. with international drug trafficking. If convicted, he faces a possible 15 years behind bars.
